Learn and Develop Game (Dutch)

Are you a teacher, trainer, supervisor or coach? Then this game is the perfect tool to strengthen your coaching skills
The purpose of this game is to help improve a variety of learning and development situations. It is not only about learning in the context of an education, course or training, but also about learning in the workplace and in everyday life.

Central to the game is the person learning or developing. The premise here is that there are five factors that play a role in shaping an optimal learning situation:
1. Learning Motives (24 cards): Why am I learning .
2. Ways of learning (19 cards): How do I prefer to learn?
3. Learning skills (51 cards): What do I need to be able to do to learn effectively
4. Learning conditions (41 cards): Who and what do I need to learn pleasantly? .
5. Learning Barriers (27 cards): Who or what hinders my learning?

Depending on the situation, the focus may be on one or more of these factors, whether or not they are interrelated. The game is intended for professionals who are involved in or responsible for the learning process of others, for example teachers, trainers, (practice) supervisors, coaches, social workers and managers.
