Warranty and Complaints
We care about our products and logically do our best to deliver them to you in top condition. However, it sometimes happens that a product breaks during transport or that something else happens that entitles you to a warranty claim. From a legal point of view, you are obliged to report this to us within two months of discovering the defect. If the defect falls within the warranty, we will arrange for repair or replacement free of charge.
There is no warranty on our Chewigem, Ark and other chewing jewelry and chewing products. We have various strengths of jewelry teething toys and it is difficult to determine whether the chosen strength is suitable for your child. Experience teaches us that sometimes it takes a while to find the best chew jewelry. Some children prefer a soft chew jewelry with the result that it is damaged more quickly.
What to do if you have a complaint?
Complaints? That is very annoying. That is why we prefer to resolve a complaint together with you. If you have a complaint, please contact us as soon as possible by sending an email to info[at]toysandtools.nl. Please indicate in the subject that it concerns a complaint.
If this does not lead to a solution, it is possible to register your dispute for mediation via Stichting WebwinkelKeur.
From 15 February 2016 it is also possible for consumers in the EU to register complaints via the ODR platform of the European Commission. This ODR platform can be found at http://ec.europa.eu/odr . If your complaint is not yet being processed elsewhere, you are free to deposit your complaint via the platform of the European Union.
