Return or exchange
We check the toy as much as possible before sending it. If something is broken during shipping, please contact us. We will then ensure that you receive a replacement product as soon as possible or that the amount is credited. In the case of a defective product, a return is not always necessary.
You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason. After cancellation you have another 14 days to return your order. You will then be credited with the full order amount including shipping costs. Only the costs for returning the product from your home to the webshop are for your own account. These return costs depend on the size and weight of the product(s) and may differ per carrier. Exact rates can be found on the website of your carrier. The costs for an average package are around 7 euros (2023). You can always return the product(s) to our warehouse in Zwolle free of charge.
If you make use of your right of withdrawal, the product(s) will be returned to the entrepreneur with all accessories supplied and - if reasonably possible - in the original condition and packaging. To make use of this right, you must contact us via info[at]toysandtools.nl. You can always return the product to our warehouse yourself.
We will then automatically refund the amount due within 14 days after registering your return via our payment provider, provided that the product(s) has already been returned in good order.
You can return your order to the address below accompanied by a note with the order number and your name. The old picking note is also oke.

- hygienic products or products with a health risk where the seal has been broken;
- that have been created by the entrepreneur in accordance with the consumer's specifications;
- that are clearly personal in nature;
- which cannot be returned due to their nature;
- that can spoil or age quickly;
Do you want to exchange a product for a different size or color? Of course you can. Do you want to make sure that the desired item is still there? send an e-mail to info[at]toysandtools.nl. When you exchange an item for something else, we will send the exchange order to you free of charge (only in the Netherlands).
What to do if you have a complaint?
Complaints? That is very annoying. That is why we prefer to resolve a complaint together with you. If you have a complaint, please contact us as soon as possible by sending an email to info[at]toysandtools.nl. Please indicate in the subject that it concerns a complaint.
If this does not lead to a solution, it is possible to register your dispute for mediation via Stichting WebwinkelKeur.
From 15 February 2016 it is also possible for consumers in the EU to register complaints via the ODR platform of the European Commission. This ODR platform can be found at http://ec.europa.eu/odr . If your complaint is not yet being processed elsewhere, you are free to deposit your complaint via the platform of the European Union.
