Shipping, Return and Exchange

If we, Toys and Tools have the ordered products in stock, they will be delivered on average within 1-3 working days after payment (based on standard PostNL and/or GLS delivery). Around the holidays, the mail deliverers are always delayed, unfortunately it is never possible to say when the delay will start and the delivery will be back to normal. We are also always busy with orders, so we recommend taking this into account.

Orders are delivered as soon as possible, usually they are shipped the same day. See our general terms and conditions for the detailed delivery conditions.

If you want to be sure that the products will be delivered before a certain date, please contact us in advance and check our social media (facebook and Instagram) for any current notifications.

GLS delivers on Mondays, but not on Saturdays as standard. It is possible to choose Saturday delivery. Saturday delivery: from € 9.95 (is not possible for the Wadden Islands)

Parcel shipping
The shipping costs depend on the size and weight of the product(s) to be shipped, the destination and delivery options. When paying for the products, the shipping costs are automatically calculated.

Extra Small Parcels - fits in a mailbox
We think it is important to keep the shipping costs as low as possible for you. To make things easier for you and ourselves, we now also offer a lower price for Extra Small Parcels. When paying for your order, you will automatically be offered the correct shipping options that apply to your order.

Pick Up
You can also pick up the products from us in the store in Zwolle. You then pay no shipping costs. Collection is only possible by appointment. You can contact us by mail [email protected] stating your order number.

Return or exchange
We check the toy as much as possible before sending it. If something is broken during shipping, please contact us. We will then ensure that you receive a replacement product as soon as possible or that the amount is credited. In the case of a defective product, a return is not always necessary.

Return term
You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason. After cancellation you have another 14 days to return your order. You will then be credited with the full order amount including shipping costs. Only the costs for returning the product from your home to the webshop are for your own account. These return costs depend on the size and weight of the product(s) and may differ per carrier. Exact rates can be found on the website of your carrier. The costs for an average package are around 7 euros (2023). You can always return the product(s) to our warehouse in Zwolle free of charge.

Return Shipping
If you make use of your right of withdrawal, the product(s) will be returned to the entrepreneur with all accessories supplied and - if reasonably possible - in the original condition and packaging. To make use of this right, you must contact us via [email protected]. You can always return the product to our warehouse yourself.

We will then automatically refund the amount due within 14 days after registering your return via our payment provider, provided that the product(s) has already been returned in good order.

Return address
You can return your order to the address below accompanied by a note with the order number and your name. The old picking note is also oke.
