Delay in Parcel Delivery to Belgium
Due to an announced strike in Belgium on November 24th, 25th, and 26th, there will be a delay in deliveries to Belgium. Please allow for a longer delivery time.
Possible Delays in Parts of the Netherlands
Due to the increasing busyness around Black Friday and Sinterklaas (St. Nicholas Day), you should already anticipate possible delays in the delivery of your parcel.
On this page, you will find the most up-to-date shipping information. When shipping deviates from our normal schedule, such as during trade shows, training, holidays, or vacation periods, we will announce it below. If there are no special circumstances, orders placed and paid for before 3 PM are typically shipped on the same business day.
Absence:
Availability during absence. During the days we are absent, no orders will be prepared or shipped. We will also have limited availability by phone, and emails will be read less frequently and answered with a delay. For urgent matters, it is best to send us a WhatsApp message.
Delivery around Holidays:Easter We do not work on Good Friday and Easter Monday, and no orders will be prepared or shipped on these days.
Sinterklaas and Christmas Around the holidays, you should expect delays from parcel delivery services. Unfortunately, this can vary by region. Delays are often faster and more frequent in and around the Randstad area. Therefore, please allow at least 2 extra days for shipping. We are also busier, but we do our best to send all ordered packages on the same day.
During the Christmas holiday, orders will not be shipped every day, but every other day, depending on the volume. Please allow for a slightly longer delivery time.

FAQ about vacation deliveriesI didn't see you were on vacation when I ordered; I really need the products immediately? We're very sorry, but in this situation, you have two options. You can either wait or cancel your order. In that case, orders will be cancelled and credited after our vacation.
I just ordered something before my vacation, but I want to exchange it/it's broken. Please send us an email stating you want to exchange or return something. We cannot receive returns during our vacation period, but please send your product after we return and it will be processed as soon as possible.
I placed an order, but I think the payment didn't go through. Can you check if it's paid? In this case, please send us an email, and we will try to check it for you. A response may take 48-72 hours.
