In most cases, we can deliver your order within 1-3 business days. However, it may happen that we can't meet this due to our absence or holiday-related delays with the postal service.

On the "current shipping information" page, we will announce our absence and any expected holiday delays.

Please note: Alternative delivery schedule

Due to our attendance at the Spielwarenmesse, there will be a change in our shipping schedule for orders placed after Wednesday, January 28th (3:00 PM), and throughout Thursday, January 29th and Friday, January 30th. We will not be able to ship orders during these days.

• Orders placed before 3:00 PM on January 28th will still be processed and shipped.

• Orders placed after 3:00 PM will be processed and shipped on Monday, February 2nd.
